Andrea leads product and research. Julien leads data science, AI and engineering. Together, we take a problem through research, development and practical use.

Julien builds the technology behind Pine. He has spent more than a decade working in data science and AI, and founded and exited two AI companies, DXA and ML+.
He is also Head of AI at Kento Health and was previously Chief Medical Officer at Dialogue. A physician by training, he works across models, data, infrastructure and product.

Andrea leads product vision and the research behind the PINE assessment. She translates research on political skill and ethical leadership into assessments, development tools and practical workshops.
With more than 15 years in leadership development and consulting, she works directly with organizations through PINE Perspective. She is available for full-day workshops and tailored sessions with leaders and teams.
